City of Clinton issued the following announcement on Dec. 20. 

At the December 2021 City Council meeting the City Manager proposed an American Rescue Plan Act Preliminary Spending Plan. The plan proposed major spending focusing around investments in infrastructure, public safety, and community vitality. The full document is available below.
