CITY OF CLINTON POLICE DEPARTMENT: Arrest Made- Shots Fired Incident Nicholson Street/Park Avenue

City of Clinton Department issued the following announcement on Dec. 2.

An arrest has been made following the issuance of warrants related to the shots fired incident on Nicholson Street that occurred on November 17th, 2022. 

Jaheim T Smith 18YOA of Warsaw turned himself into authorities and was served with the following related charges; • Assault with a Deadly Weapon with intent to kill• Injury to Personal Property • Discharge a Firearm in City Limits

Detectives are still actively investigating this case and expect additional arrests to be made.
