City of Goldsboro issued the following announcement on Nov. 15.
City offices will be closed for Thanksgiving Thursday, Nov. 24, and Friday, Nov. 25.
Thursday and Friday solid waste routes will be serviced Wednesday, Nov. 23.
There will be no leaf and limb collection during the holiday week.
