City of Goldsboro issued the following announcement on Mar. 7.

The City of Goldsboro Community Relations and Development Department is ready to hear from our citizens on how to spend Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnership Act (HOME) funds for the 2022-2023 program year. Residents can visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CD3TN7V to complete the Community Needs Assessment Survey through March 18. 

For residents without a computer, the survey may be completed and returned to The City of Goldsboro, Community Relations and Development Department by mail at P.O. Drawer A, Goldsboro, NC 27533-9701, or in person at City Hall.
