City of Goldsboro issued the following announcement on Feb. 13.

We are happy to share that we will be collaborating again this year with the Goldsboro Police Department, the Peggy M. Seegars Senior Center, and Wayne Community College to offer two Operation Medicine Drop Medication Takeback Events!  

March 20, 2023 from 9:00am-1:00pm – Peggy M. Seegars Senior Center, 2001 East. Ash St., Goldsboro, NC

March 21, 2023 from 12:30pm-3:30pm – Wayne Community College, 3000 Wayne Memorial Dr., Goldsboro, NC – Wayne Learning Center Seminar Room (WLC161)

Please leave medications in their original containers. You may mark out your name, address, phone number, and other identifying information, however, please leave the name of the medications for logging purposes.
