City of Goldsboro issued the following announcement on Dec. 2.
The Goldsboro Christmas Parade is at 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, in Downtown Goldsboro. There will be no parallel parking on Center Street from Pine Street to Ash Street from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Anyone who is parallel parked on Center Street from Ash Street to Pine Street should move their vehicle prior to 8 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 4. The traffic will be restricted from 8 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., and all traffic will be stopped at 3:30 p.m. The parade will begin at 4 p.m. and end at approximately 7 p.m.
