CITY OF KINSTON: Governor Roy Cooper Signed Three Criminal Justice Reform Bills Into Law

City of Kinston issued the following announcement on Sep 3. 

Governor Roy Cooper signed three criminal justice reform bills into law today, House Bill 436, House Bill 536 and Senate Bill 300. This legislation will take us one step further toward a more equitable and just North Carolina for all. 

I would like to thank  the NC General Assembly bipartisanship support from the North Carolina Senate and the North Carolina House of Representatives
