Lenoir County, North Carolina is creating a Harvey Parkway Area Plan to provide strategic policy direction and guidance for for land use and development, economic development, and infrastructure around the C.F. Harvey Parkway and the Global Transpark–they need your help!
The development of an area plan is a year-long process that engages the public to hear their feedback. They have released a 10-minute survey and are scheduling upcoming public meetings will define the vision, goals, and priorities for the plan.
