Clinton Police Department issued the following announcement on Apr. 11.

We have had several reports of ATV’s operating on City Streets. This is a reminder that ATV (4-Wheelers) should not be operated on city streets or highways. Utility vehicles may, if they meet guidelines and are properly licensed through the Department of Motor Vehicles.
