County of Duplin issued the following announcement on June 10.
Duplin County would like to thank our 2022 Governor’s Volunteer Service Award recipients! Ms. Hermenia Brown, Mrs. Lisa Torrans Fussell and Mr. Kenneth Howard Brinson. 
The Governor’s Volunteer Service Award honors the true spirit of volunteerism by recognizing individuals, groups and businesses that make a significant contribution to their community through volunteer service.
