County of Duplin issued the following announcement on Sep 17. 

Duplin County intends to apply for funding to assist low-moderate income homeowners with housing repairs through forgiven, deferred payment loans, and will take applications until October 30, 2021. To apply for consideration, please contact the County Planner’s office by phone at (910) 296-2102 or by email at elizabeth.stalls@duplincountync.com.

**Please indicate that you are calling/emailing regarding the housing improvements program and provide your full name, phone number, and home address. You will be contacted by an intake specialist.**

Annual household income should be less than:
Household size: 1 – $32,800
Household size: 2 – $37,450
Household size: 3 – $42,150
Household size: 4 – $46,800
Household size: 5 – $50,550
Household size: 6 – $54,300
