County of Duplin issued the following announcement on Feb. 4.
$26.0056 Hourly / $54,091.70 Annually
The primary purpose of this position is to provide protection to children who are being exposed to maltreatment from birth to their 18th birthday after hours Monday through Friday.
Regular working hours for this position are from 3pm-11pm Monday through Friday but will remain on call until 8am the next day.
During the workweek this position will assist in covering on-call anytime the agency is closed including being in a holiday rotation.
There may be instances in which this position will need to report to work for court purposes or staffing during normal business hours.
In this event, the supervisor will work to flex any comp time that is earned as a result.
This position is also required to staff shelters if disasters occur.
