County of Lenoir issued the following announcement on Aug. 18. 

Have your voice heard about the Harvey Parkway area and northern Lenoir County by participating in the Harvey Parkway Area Study Survey.
This survey represents one piece of a multi-faceted approach to gain public, stakeholder input to help direct the plan’s development. Feel free to share this with other groups, individuals, company representatives, or anyone you feel might have an interest in the project. We hope to gain as much input as possible for this project.
