County of Wayne issued the following announcement on Jan. 4

The Wayne County Board of Health is accepting applications for a “Public Member” position.  The Board of Health meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month at 12:15 pm in the 3rd floor conference room.

Board of Health members serve a three-year term and can serve up to three (3), three-year terms for a total of nine years.  Board member’s responsibility is to make health related decisions that are best for Wayne County and residents of Wayne County.
