County of Wayne issued the following announcement on Jan. 28.

Due to the threat of winter weather overnight, the following facilities will be closed Saturday, January 29, 2022:

All branches of the Wayne County Public Library

Wayne County Landfill and convenience centers

All Wayne County offices will resume normal schedules on Monday.

Black ice and minimal snow accumulations are expected overnight from this storm, as well as wind gusts of 30 mph.
