COUNTY OF WAYNE: Goldsboro Library Temporarily Modifies Hours and Services

County of Wayne issued the following announcement on Oct. 2. 

Due to staff shortages, the Goldsboro Library of the Wayne County Public Library System will be modifying hours of operations and delivery of services. This impact on services is temporary, and services will return when staffing is available.

The Goldsboro Library will close at 5:30 p.m. today, September 29, 2021. Starting tomorrow, September 30, 2021, the Goldsboro library will be open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m-5:30 p.m. for curbside service only. The library will be closed on Saturday.

Individuals can reserve library materials online at www.wcpl.org or by phone at 919-735-1824 and pick them up curbside beginning on Thursday, September 30.

We apologize for this inconvenience and will provide an update when the schedule returns to normal.
