County of Wayne issued the following announcement on Oct. 14.

Are you ready for Live on the Lawn today? Bring your chairs, snacks, and relax to local musicians playing a variety of tunes from 5:30PM – 7:30PM in the Carolyn Baddour Garden at the Goldsboro Library. No reservations needed, just drop by and enjoy the music. Leashed, well-behaved pets allowed.
