Congratulations to our Purchasing Manager, Noelle Woods, CLGPO, on receiving the Hall Wicker Award from the North Carolina Association of Governmental Purchasing!
The NCAGP established the Hall Wicker award in 1996 to recognize outstanding contributions and service to the cause and advancement of the purchasing profession.
We appreciate Noelle and congratulate her on this statewide award recognizing her hard work for Wayne County!
