* Lenoir County confirmed cases: 27 (+10 or +58.8 percent since Friday)
* Lenoir County deaths: 0
* Lenoir County tested: 300 tests completed (+30 since Tuesday)
* Lenoir County pending tests: 3
* Demographic age range: 15-90
