* N.C. confirmed cases: 1,489,653 (+7,189 or +0.5 percent since Nov. 2)
* N.C. deaths: 18,251 (+147 or +0.8 percent since Nov. 2)
* Percent of N.C. residents tested who are positive: 4 (-1 percent since Nov. 2)
* Percent of Lenoir County residents tested who are positive: 3.8 (-0.4 percent since Nov. 2)
* N.C. currently hospitalized: 1,144 (-67 or -5.5 percent since Nov. 2)
* Eastern Region currently hospitalized: 152 (-18 or -10.6 percent since Nov. 2)
* Lenoir County confirmed cases: 9,524 (+27 or +0.3 percent since Nov. 2)
* New Lenoir County confirmed cases — last 14 days: 90 (-15 or -14.3 percent since Nov. 2)
* New Lenoir County confirmed cases — last seven days: 33 (-14 or -30 percent since Nov. 2)
* Lenoir County cases per 100,000 residents: 17,023 (+49 or +0.3 percent since Nov. 2)
* Lenoir County deaths: 166 (no change since Sept. 28)
* Lenoir County vaccinations (partially vaccinated): 30,267 (+126 or +0.4 percent since Nov. 2; 54 percent of county residents)
* Lenoir County vaccinations (fully vaccinated): 28,108 (+151 or +0.5 percent since Nov. 2; 50 percent of county residents)
