* N.C. deaths: 22,817 (+669 or +3 percent since Feb. 18)
* Percent of N.C. residents tested who are positive: 5.3 (-5 percent since Feb. 18)
* Percent of Lenoir County residents tested who are positive: 5.2 (-9.6 percent since Feb. 18)
* N.C. currently hospitalized: 1,157 (-1,486 or -56.2 percent since Feb. 18)
* Eastern Region currently hospitalized: 156 (-195 or -55.6 percent since Feb. 18)
* Lenoir County confirmed cases: 15,601 (+197 or +1.3 percent since Feb. 18)
* Lenoir County active cases: 35 (-135 or -79.4 percent since Feb. 18)
* New Lenoir County confirmed cases — last 14 days: 80 (-221 or -73.4 percent since Feb. 18)
* New Lenoir County confirmed cases — last seven days: 29 (-75 or -72.1 percent since Feb. 18)
* Lenoir County deaths: 189 (no change since Feb. 1)
* Lenoir County vaccinations (partially vaccinated): 32,654 (+172 or +0.05 percent since Feb. 18; 58 percent of county residents)
* Lenoir County vaccinations (fully vaccinated): 30,597 (+296 or +0.1 percent since Feb. 18; 54 percent of county residents)
* Lenoir County one booster/additional dose: 14,110 (+539 or +0.4 percent since Feb. 18)
