Census Bureau: More men than women in Walnut Creek in 2020

Of the 1,419 people living in Walnut Creek in 2020, 41 percent (582) were women and 59 percent (837) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the EC North Carolina News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 48. In the 65 and over age range, there were 117 females and 165 males.
