County of Duplin issued the following announcement on May 17.
Duplin County Animal Services is hosting a Rabies Clinic this Saturday, May 21 in Albertson!
Rabies vaccines will be $5 per pet.
North Carolina General Statute 130A-185 requires that any owner of a dog, cat or ferret shall have their animal vaccinated by four (4) months of age and keep the animal currently vaccinated against rabies.
Please remember, all dogs must be on a lease and all cats must be in a carrier.
