CITY OF GOLDSBORO: Provide Input on Housing and Non-housing Needs in the City for the FY2021-2022 CAPER

City of Goldsboro issued the following announcement on Sept. 19.

The public is invited to provide input on housing and non-housing needs in the city of Goldsboro for the FY2021-2022 CAPER.  The CAPER documents the community development accomplishments of the previous fiscal year utilizing Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Partnership Program (HOME), and Community Development Block Grant Corona Virus (CDBG-CV).

The City of Goldsboro’s draft CAPER will be available for public review and comment from September 12, 2022 through September 26, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. Copies will be placed at public access sites such as the desk of the City Receptionist and the office of the City Clerk, both at the City Hall Annex, 200 North Center Street; the Community Relations Office at City Hall, 214 North Center Street; the Wayne County Public Library, 1001 East Ash Street; the Goldsboro Housing Authority, 1729 Edgerton Street; and on the City’s website at www.goldsboronc.gov.   Comments will be received and incorporated into the final CAPER until 5 p.m. on September 26, 2022. Written and oral comments on the FY2021-2022 CAPER will be included in the final report submitted to HUD. The final version of the CAPER will be submitted to HUD on or before September 28, 2022.
