Town of Mount Olive issued the following announcement on May 30.

Take Notice that the Board of Commissioners for the Town of Mount Olive will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at 7:00 PM, in the municipal courtroom, 114 East James Street, Mount Olive Town Hall, Mount Olive, NC 28365, on the following matter:

  1. The proposed Budget for the Town of Mount Olive has been submitted to the governing board and is available in the office of the Town Clerk for public inspection. The Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on the proposed Budget for FY 2022-2023 on the date and time set forth above. Following the public hearing, the Board of Commissioners will consider final adoption of the Budget.

Public comment is welcome.
