Posted on Tuesday November 01, 2022 Monday, November 14th, 2022, the Board of Commissioners and Planning Board will hold a joint meeting to kick off a year-long project to prepare the Warsaw Land Use Plan and Unified Development Ordinance (UDO).

The work will include updates of the Town’s Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Regulations, and Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance.
When complete, the documents will serve as the foundation for the promotion of orderly growth that reflects the values of the Town and its citizens.
The meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 14th, 2022 at 7:00PM.
The meeting will be held at Town Hall, 121 S. Front Street, in the upstairs boardroom.
