Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held at 7:30 pm on October 26, 2022 at the Village Hall of the Village of Walnut Creek at 103 Village Drive, Goldsboro, NC 27534 (Walnut Creek, NC), on the application of Toby L. Brown, 200 Deerborn Circle, Goldsboro, NC 27534 (Walnut Creek, NC) for a special use permit so that he may construct an outbuilding in his yard.
A drawing and design specification and description of this project may be viewed at the Village Hall.
